Product Introduction
Wenglun is a microbial polysaccharide produced by microbial bacteria using sucrose, glucose and other carbohydrates as the main raw materials and fermented by bioengineering. Because its hydrogen bond exists between the two glycosidic rings on the polymer chain, the viscosity of the solution system increases significantly, allowing it to better adhere to the surface of the substance, causing the entire solution system to produce a large-scale bridge effect, thus increasing the yield value and maintaining good cohesion of the solution system under fine or medium shear forces, giving it excellent thickening, rheology and suspension stability.
