Ziboxan® PM pharmaceutical-grade xanthan gum is a dried product made from corn starch and soy protein fermented and extracted by natural Xanthomonas aeruginosa. It has good rheological and shear resistance properties and is a high-molecular-weight hydrophilic colloid with thickening and stabilizing effects.
