Ziboxan® 9290 Xanthan Gum is a dried product obtained through the fermentation of corn starch and legume protein by natural Xanthomonas bacteria, followed by extraction and pulverization. It exhibits excellent rheological properties and shear resistance, serving as a high-molecular hydrophilic colloid with thickening and stabilizing effects.
