Ziboxan® DH is a food-grade, low-dust xanthan gum developed by Zhongxuan Biochemical for specific environmental needs. It is suitable for products such as fruit juice powder, malted milk powder, and meal replacement powder, increasing product viscosity and improving mouthfeel. Compared to Ziboxan® F80 and Ziboxan® 9270, it offers better dispersibility and solubility. This specification is produced using a dust suppression process, preventing xanthan gum from clumping when mixed with other excipients, shortening dissolution time, and eliminating dust generation. This improves the feeding environment and is particularly suitable for factories with strict dust control requirements during the feeding process.
