Product Introduction
Ziboxan® GXP xanthan gum is a dry product obtained by fermenting corn starch and soybean protein with natural Xanthomonas bacteria, extracting and grinding it. It is processed by special processing technology in the later extraction process. It has low metal ion content; ultra-high aqueous solution viscosity, excellent acid and heat resistance; and has certain antibacterial and fresh-keeping properties.
