Ziboxan® FT is a highly transparent, instant-dissolving product, smooth and easy to dissolve, with good viscoelasticity. Its rheology meets the food rheology requirements for safe swallowing, and has a rheology pH suitable for safe consumption by patients with dysphagia. and osmotic pressure to ensure that patients avoid risks caused by low viscosity of food when eating, and have fluidity that is safe to eat. The production control process is stricter than that of ordinary xanthan gum, and the impurities inside are treated more cleanly.
